ohio children's services

I was wondering if someone could please direct to somewhere that i can get some information about what rights a parent has against children services in ohio. I think i somehow got in the middle of a family type of feud where i live and now i am having allegations made through children services i spoke with a worker and she said it probably will be dropped then all of a sudden she was at my door again. This is a he said she said type of thing I think if I can find what my rights are I may be able to handle it a bit better. I am a ohio nurse so i am really upset.....i strive to be an excellent parent. Any help would be greatly appreciated TIA, Wendy
