Ohio Eviction of a non-paying boyfriend

Ohio.

I own my house and a man has lived with me for just over 2 years. He has never paid rent or contributed to expenses. There is no lease or signed agreement. There was no physical abuse or threat of violence, but he is emotionally abusive, uses illegal drugs, and is destructive to property.

What are my rights in removing him? How much notice do I have to give him? Can I remove his property from my home if he does not do so, and legally how long does he have? Thanks.

**A: call the police and tell the police you want him out and show the police the drugs. Then tell the police if he comes to the house again he will be trespassing.
Another option would be to serve him written notice to terminate his m/m tenancy. You are at fault for letting this go on for 2 years.

Thanks for the advice. Of course this is my fault for letting it go on, but I'm learning.

The drugs were a recent addition to the picture, and that is what finally convinced me to get him out. I will get the police involved. Thanks again.
