| | OK Co-habitation Split - what can I do? The father of my children and I purchased a home together. He refuses to leave it, refuses to sign it over to me or let me sign it over to him, and he refuses to sell it. It's the only thing in both of our name's, but the debt is substantial. Is there anything I can do to get out of the house, or have him get out? It doesn't seem easy for non-married people to separate. We also have two children together and need to get child custody/support set up, but he won't even talk about it. We live in Oklahoma. |

Hopefully, it's a lesson learned.

| | | It will be two different matters...
You will have to file a partition suit to get the court to order that the house is sold and the proceeds divided.
You will have to file separately for custody/visitation and child support. | |
