What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS


WILL A DIVORCE OR SEPARATION AGREEMENT GRANTED IN UTAH ( A NONCOMMUNITY PROPERTY STATE) BE HONORED IN TEXAS (A COMMUNITY PROPERTY STATE)?

Where do parties live and for how long? Does UTah have jurisdiction over both parties as well as all property? Normally it would be honored but there could be issues.
