out of state employment

What is the name of your state? AR

i have been unemployed for several months husband has expected me to pay bills while he banked his check when i ran out of money he left me and 10-yr-old daughter and filed for divorce i have found a good job in tx and want to take it husband wants to block me from leaving what arguments should i use to convince judge to let me take this job

i don't know how i will keep us going if denied right to move divorce hearing isn't until end of feb
