Own A House With Fiancee, Now Separating

What is the name of your state?FLORIDA
MY FIANCEE AND I BOUGHT A HOUSE 2 YEARS AGO, BOTH OF OUR NAMES ARE IN TITLE AND MORTGAGE. WE WANT TO SEPARATE BUT HE SAYS THAT BECAUSE HE PUT MORE MONEY DOWN HE WANTS THAT BACK, AND THAT I SHOULDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET HALF OF IT BECAUSE HE PAID MORE THAN I DID. HOW DO WE SOLVE THIS? IF I LEAVE THE HOUSE, CAN HE ACUSE ME OF ABANDONMENT? HOW DO I WORK THIS OUT? I'M SCARED!! HELP PLEASE!!! ANOTHER QUESTION IS DO WE GO TO SMALL CLAIMS TO SOLVE IT OR WHAT KIND OF COURT?
