Here's my favorite WA family law link, to help you do your research:

| | | Yes, I have researched in for WA. But I am not finding anywhere where it says what type of a motion to file. It is considered child abuse in this state. I have reviewed all of the examples and taken the little quiz things just to make sure im not exaggerating my situation. |

So you'll need to keep looking or hope someone has the time to do the research FOR you. (not me, thanks!)

You could always try for a free consultation with a local attorney -- check your yellow pages under "Family Attorneys" or "Family Law" and see who offers free initial consults.
