parental rights revoked

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Az my wife has custody in california no one lives there my wife moved to fl with her parents took my son from me and gave temp custody to her parents without me knowin
My wife has custody in cali. I live in arizona. And my wife lived here in az and i had my son for almost 6 months. She took my son to fl and gave temp custody over to her mother and stepfather. THey said they couldnt get in contact with me but we were talkin on the phone and i found out she was here in az when they filed they paperwork. so she could get a hold of me and never advised me of the papers they were filing. Since then i have been fightin for custody of my son the mother was arrested and is now released until she goes for sentencing. she plead quilty to 2 counts of trafficing meth 14-28 grms and one count trafficing meth 28-200 grms. and 1 count conspiracy to traffic meth 28-200 grms. it was a month long investigation and i know my son was at her house in that months time. what do i need to do to get her parental rights revoked. also the judge for some reason has givin an idefenate temp custody to her parents and i really dont know what to do

thank u

I am not sure you can get her rights revoked, but you may be able to get kids from the grandparents. I would try contacting LdiJ on this site for more info, or pay close attention to her advice if/when she leaves it.

What court (state) gave the grandparents temporary custody? Was there a specific reason? Was CPS involved? Is your background clean? Have you been actively involved in your child's life? The answers to those questions are important.
