| Parenting Co-ordinator Abuse Due to my ex- being very litigous(sp?), a parenting co-ordinator was written into the plan after two years of divorce, so been under this parent co-ordinator a year now. Everytime my ex- has a problem with me, even before contacting me, she goes to the PC and we're back in their office. I wouldn't care if she alone footed the bill everytime she had a problem. But the fee is split according to percentage of income and of course I make more. So now I get an email requesting an appointment, I didn't even know of a problem. Every major decision has been addressed so I know it is not conflict resolution. The agreement states if we can't agree to a resolution we take it to the PC, if we don't agree with the resolution offered we have the option to go to court. Cripes, how much power does this PC have and do I have to agree to everything. Thank you sir, may I have another. In Colorado. |
