Paternity

What is the name of your state? pa
i would like to know what rights i have as a sibling to request a court ordered paternity test for a child born & the woman is saying my father is the child's father. myself and my other siblings do not believe the child is our father's.

As a sibling, you don't have "standing" to ask for this.

Either mom or dad would have to do that.

Why isn't your father requesting a DNA test? If he thinks/assumes it's his child, maybe you should remind him that he will be ordered to pay child support. Knowing the truth now could erase any doubts in the future. Why would any man want to risk paying for someone else's child?
