can a man ask for another paternity test after the first one came back that he is not the father. and the mother has married the man she thinks is the babies father.the child is now 5 yrs. old.she has been married to the same man since the child was under a year old. on the birth certificate her husband is named as biological father, as he came forward and signed the papers that he was the father.they have been happily marrried now for over 4 years and the child has 2 other younger silblings now.thank you

So, if I have this right,……… are you saying an EX is claiming he’s the father even though DNA test show/prove he’s not, and your husband is the father and signed the BC and you have two more children with your husband now??

So does your husband know of all this and is he willing to take a paternity test to prove he is the father to shut the EX up??
