personal property information

OHIO

Here is my question. I live in Ohio, my ex husband lives in South Carolina. He is remarried and has 3 children by this wife and we have 2 children together. There is currently a child support order in place and he owes me over $34,000 in back support. He is a pastor and he and his wife claim that she is the only one with income and she files "injured spouse" at tax time. She owned a house prior to them getting married which was approximately 5 years ago I think. She just recently moved the house to her married name from her maiden name. They have been living together in South Carolina for at least 6 years.

He already has been to jail for 90 days for failure to pay because our case is now a criminal case and he has been found guilty. He is due back in court on Dec 2nd.

I forgot to add, my children are 9 and 11 so I will still be executing an order for quite a few years.

Is half of the house his?

I'd say that it's definitely looking into or bringing to the attention of the court. If it were me, I'd be taking out a bullentin in his church regarding his support practices...but then again I can have little horns too. Good luck.
