Please Help!!!!

What is the name of your state? WV

I was married at the time of conception and birth of my three children born in WV. I have been seperated from my X-husband since 2002 and my children were born in 2003, 2005 and 2007 with another man. I have been with my children’s father since July 2002. My X-Husband denies all legal and paternal rights and my fiance claims all legal and paternal rights. We live together and I do not need to file for child support as he already supports his children. As of now my children’s birth certificates list the father as unknown and they carry their true father’s last name. I need to add him on their birth certificates and I have been told that I need to file a court order to do so. I am not sure what documents I need to process this and I can not afford an attorney. Please help me!!!
