Hi,
i have some questions regarding marriage to a US citizen.
I`ve been to the States last year and met my boyfriend here. We`ve been togather for 3 months last sommer and then continued with a long distance relationship. He`s visted me at home and met my parents. I`m in the US right now with a tourist visa (not Waiver Program, but a B1 visa) and plan to return in 4 months.
My boyfriend and i decided to get marriad in the near future. Is that possible? I read in another thred that i would have to go home and adjust my status after the marriage. Can i do that in 4 months when i go home, or do i have to do that immediatly?
