possible legal reprecussions


What is the name of your state? alabama
if a man is on probation for sodomy 1st degree and he and the mother of the victim want to date, what can be done legally if he is not around the victim?

I would hope that the father would file immediately for custody, including immediate emergency custody. Otherwise, I would hope some other close relative would do so. Whether legal or not, the damage this would do to a child should be enough to deem the mother unfit. She is not someone who should be raising the child; that she would even consider this sort of action raises questions about her fitness as a parent.
