What is the name of your state? Texas

I had already posted several questions on 8/19/03. My aunt died 9/11/02 How long are the statue of limitations. I have already written quit a long questionaire so I won't retype it If I only have one year to contest all that is happening than I really need some help and an answer to my questions. It is 8/23/03 and I have as yet have not heard from anyone. I would appreciate all help that you can give me ASAP

I read your other post. Perhaps you could try posting your question in "Wills and Probate". I understand your questions, but to make reading easier and smoother, try to delete info not needed. Separate your questions. This might help. Do not take offense at these suggestions. I'm not the person who has the answers but these suggestions may help you to get the answers you need.
