Ohio, My husband and I have been separated for years but never got a divorce. I am now living with another man and I am pregnant. I was in the process of filing for divorce when I found out I was pregnant and the state of Ohio will not grant me one until after the baby is born. Also, I have heard that they are going to go after my husband for child support is there anyway I can avoid this? My partner wants to except full responsibility for his child and I am just trying to see what my options are.

After the baby is born do a dna test to prove your soon to be x husband is not the father, have your boyfriend also take the test to prove he is the father. And have him tell the court he wants to take full responsibility for the child.
