Anyway, is there a form i can draw up and have her sign before the baby is born saying if the child is not mine, that the birth certificate in invalid.

Dude, You can't make a birth certificate invalid with an agreement between you and her.

Just leave it blank until you get your testing done, isn't that a little easier?

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.

Oh. Please.

You're not grown-up enough to be a father.

I don't know how stupid you are, nor do I care. I told you how to cover your butt. You want to sign a "Prenup" to change a birth certificate after you find out your not daddio? Not real bright.

You're welcome.

Don't get married then!

And don't sign anything till you see the DNA tests!

Prenups are legal for marriages- not birth certificates.

If you have a girlfriend who has/is sleeping around (obvious unprotected sex!!!), then the plan "covering my @ss" was thrown out the window a long time ago. If you want to avoid problems regarding this kid, don't sign anything until you have been proven by DNA to be the biodad. Simple as american pie.
