CA. What is the difference if any between Pro Per and Pro Se?
My response:
None worth mentioning, except for :
PRO SE (Pro Per) -
(1) Latin: "for himself" or "on one's own behalf". A person who represents himself in court. Same as Pro Per (In Propria Persona)
(2) Latin for: alone without the help of a lawyer is said to appear "pro se" or "pro per".
(3) Latin for: “you will automatically end up losing because you thought you could practice law, and discovered that there is something to those guys who spend four years in law school to get their degree, and it's not as easy as you thought.”
