Problem with the neighbors

I know this isn't really family law, but I don't know where else to put this. We live in a townhouse in PA. The neighborhood kids play right in front of my house. There are soccer balls, hockey pucks and whatever else they play with bouncing off my front window onto my cars. They are damaging and denting the cars. And the kids think it is funny. They age anywhere from kindergarten to sixth grade.
We have asked them not to play near the cars, we have talked to the parents, nothing helps. The parents all work so these kids are pretty much unsupervised. We don't have a lawn out front, just a big parking area which we are responsible for (we own to the street). My husband has suggested videotaping the kids damaging the cars.
So, here are my questions.
1. What can I do about them playing near my cars?
2. How old can kids be left alone in PA?
3. Can I videotape the kids damaging my cars as proof of who is doing it? This would be used in small claims court to get the parents to pay for the damages.
Thank you.

call your local Child protective service and ask them how old a child has to be to be left alone,..... thats your best bet**************.

If it were me, and talking to the parents didn't work,..... call the cops and see what they say, maybe they can offer some advice or talk to the parents/kids..... maybe they will make a report out that could be used in your favor...

Do your townhouses have an owners' association? If so, address the problem with them. Your thought of videotaping and nailtech's of obtaining police advice/report are good ones. Small claims court would then have evidence to support your claim.
