Question

Problems With Greatgrandparents

YOUR STATE NAME - Wisconsin

We had to put my greatgrandmother in anursing home and my greatgrandfather into a assisted living home. The locks were changed on the house as it is 90 miles from us. My greatgrandmother gave a lady a key to go into the house to "clean up". we have had reports that she has been selling items(maybe from the house) at a local flea market. The lady has went agains the families wishes and had the mail forwarded to my greatgrandmothers place. My mother works there so she found out. Before that we had the mail sent to our house. We are jsut in a big fight with this lady, and she isnt family, she has no place to be doing anything. Is there anythng we can do. My mother is currently trying to get POA over my ggma. My ggrandfather is dong good and hardly knows what is going on. What can we do if anything????

how about getting you lazy azz over to wisconsin and move in the house ...

You have no inventory, you have no clue, so you deserve to lose everything.

It really doesnt matter, since you probably never took the house out of their names anyway.

The nursing home and assisted living will put a lien on it so who cares if stuff is stolen. Thats less assets to pay for the medical bills.

I just dont get it if i knew my family was having problems i would get in the car an GO!!!!

We do have a inventory. Writen list by a auction company trhat backed out and a recent video inventory for the insurance company. My greatgrandmother gave the lady a key after we changed the locks to keep people out. Is ther a way we can stop to lady from entering the house?

YES you have to go there and get a restraining order signed by a judge......and have a sherriff or marshal toss her ass out.

get in the car and GO**************..

then change the locks again**************..

GET IN THE CAR AND GO......TODAY!
