What is the name of your state? massachusettes
I rent the apartment upstairs from my parents in the home they own,when they pass away it will be split 3 ways between me and my other two brothers.one has already stated that if i want to stay i will have to buy him out.can i be forced to buy sell or leave even though i own a equal share?and under what laws in massachusettes can i find answers to these questions so i can be prepared for somthing like this.
