Property Settlement

louisiana-my husband's ex-wife has let their previous home go into foreclosure. she says this is his fault because he was behind in child & spousal support. he was behind $6000 (for one year) but keep in mind, he paid a little over $18,000 w/in that same period of time. she says she makes $1400/mth. we believe she is actually paid more than this a month b/c we have heard from outside sources that the child she became pregnant with while still married to my husband belongs to her boss. my husband has ordered a dna test and was proven not to be the father of this child. we believe she is being paid cash by the father b/c he is married and has two children with his current wife. my question is, is he responsible since we can prove she brought home at least $35,000 last year or will he lose his half of the equity that was in the house at the time he left? also, how can we prove she is getting paid under the table? she hasn't paid any bills (currently has a water bill of $500) and i'm guessing she hasn't deposited any of this "cash" into the bank. the only reason i would like to prove the extra income is for the purpose of child support. i have no problem paying money in order to support the child but don't think it is fair that she gets overpaid because she is able to hide her money. please help!!!

never underestimate the stupidity of divorced people.

Your husband deserves this....why the hell did he just sign the house over to her in exchange for lower child support payments?

Why do stupid ex's always have a string to the other ex?

Cut the damn string......give her the house, and keep your credit good!
