What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Does a prenup in CA in protect my fiancée from my bankruptcy case (Ch 13 - 2 yrs complete)? Can the trustee/creditors go after his assets?

A fiancee is not a spouse, so a prenup irrelevant.

Are you two co-borrowers? Creditors can go after a coborrower for payment.

Thanks for the response

Thanks for the reposne. My question is asking about once we are married and if we do a prenup, are his assets protected from the court coming after his money? No, we are not co-borrowers on anything, my bankruptcy does not invlove him at all.
