What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ILLINOIS - I was award 1/2 of two pension plans of my x hubby back in 1993 but my then attorney did not complete the court order with a quadro, NOW I have moved back from another state and got another attorney who has completed the quadro form and we are waiting to hear back from the company. Because all these years have went by will I still be entitled to the 2 pension plans I was awarded back in 1993?
