Question about emancipation

I am a 17-year old living in Goshen Ohio. My parents have recently began "emotionally abusing" me. I wish to move in with my uncle, but cannot. Is there a way I can emancipated legally?

Yep. It will cost you about $5000 or so.... and, since your state provides NO statute for emancipation, will require a lawsuit. The precendent is set in 'Powell v. Powell, 111 Ohio App. 3d 418; 676 N.E.2d 556 (1996)'.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

When you turn 18 you are free to move where ever you wish. You only have less than a year to wait.
