Question Advice Please

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana

Hi I have i guess a unique story. I was married for 15 years, we split up for about 5 mths in 2000 my husband talked me into lying during the first 3 months to get a quicky divorce, with joint custody of the 2 children. Well anyway we did and then just 2 months later I moved back in.

We lived togeather until about 4 months ago. Well until that point he put everything in his name except a 2nd morgage on our home, and we had joint checking accounts, we filed taxes joint - married for several years. (thought we were common law) We did not remarry. And all the stuff we had togeather i helped get and build.

Well anyway I want to no since I left with only a couch and a couple of end tables. Our youngest son came with me. (I am disabled) I put my money into the bills and which ever else was needed. BUt, now he has the house and everything and my son and I are just livin off my disability now of 900. a month. He has given me 300 in the last 4-5 months to help with our son.

He says he will give me money when he can afford it. I needed to know what right I and my minor child has if any.....????? I dont want blood but just something for myself and my son if anything. Please help with advice....
