Re coup cost from childs trust.

A husband dies leaving a trust with the children as major owners of the trust. in 1988 a liens against property was given to the children with 9.5% interest. 14 years later the liens has consumed more than 50% of the value of the property, the property has been upgraded.

The children turned 18 (1) seven years ago 2)4 years ago.
can the widowed wife of the children who owns the property and is charged the 9.5% interest. In turn charge back to each child since their 18th birthday. living expenses to in clude room and board,medical expenses,insurance pmt.,school pmts, etc..
