Me and my fiancee have opened a joint account to pay for our wedding.Right now I have emergency custody of my 3 children and the home that she got in the divorce.But of course she left it all and moved out.So,we go back to court on 2/1/01.Could her lawyer be trying to go through the discovery process and possibly try to find out what type of assets we have and can they put their hands on it if by some strange reason the judge decides to give her back custody.Will anything that happened before the divorce matter in the custody case.Could she say she was devastated and had to be alone(or with her boyfriend)and possibly regain custody after she walked out
