Relinquish custody

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?Va
I have legal custody of my nephew and niece. I wish to relinquish custody.
How do I go about relinquishing custody?

Where are the parents? Is there someone else that will be taking over custody? How did you get custody? Have you considered the ramifications this will have on the children, being moved around and around like no one wants them?
