remarry in NJ

What is the name of your state? New Jersey. My girlfriend lives in Wisconsin and is about to have her divorce final, however, there is a 6 month wait period in her state before she can remarry. We want to get remarried in New Jersey where i live, NJ has no wait period after divorce. If we remarried in NJ would our Marriage be voidable??

It could be. If she is required to wait six months in Wisconsin ten to one NJ will also abide by that. Why is she in such a hurry.

Yeah - what's the rush? A far better plan would be for her to move to NJ, get her own place and date you for a while. Unless she has kids. In which case, you should move to WI.
