remove a name from my birth certificate

I had a dna test done and now want the fathers name removed from my birth certificate because he isn't my father. new mexico vital records says i need a court order.

How old are you? Did the man who is listed on your birth certificate participate in your life? What prompted you to have the dna test?

I am 27 yrs. old, he never played any role in my life until I was 23. I had the DNA test done because of our different blood types. My mother deceased was A+ and so is he and come to find out I am A-.
