What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

My baby is one month old. When I had him me and the father signed paternity of acknowledgement. But he says he had doubt's but signed it anyway. But didn't tell me he had doubts until a week later after signing birth certificate. He wasnt around much but still provided for the child (no child support case). Both agreed to take a paternity test, test showed negative. What to do about changing birth certificate? Is it fraud if we both signed the birth certificate and he's not the biological father which I thought he was from the start? There is another possible person but I can't get in touch with him or knows where he lives now. What to do?

He can rescind the acknowledgment if he acts quickly. And you didn't sign the birth certificate. You signed the AOP.

He's on the birth certificate, how would I get him removed and child's name changed?
Legal Dad would have to file to rescind paternity. He has 60 days from signing the AOP. Court will have to be involved.

Reading both of your links, it seems that either party may file to rescind...not just dad.

There I go, thinking 'HE' used in both documents under "Voluntary Recission" meant Dad.
Look at "Challenging a paternity acknowledgment after 50 days, but prior to the entry of an order". Granted, you were specifically referring to voluntary rescission...
