No. You should file a civil suit against her in order to recapture the amounts due to you per the settlement agreement/order.

THE VEHICLE IS TOTALLY IN MY NAME, I HAVE THE TITLE IN HAND!
WHY GO THROUGH THE BS IN COURT? WHEN THE COPS ARE CALLED CANT I JUST SHOW MY TITLE. IS THERE ANY PAPER SHE CAN FILE IN COURT TO NOT ALLOW ME TO GET THE VEHICLE?

ACTUAL

THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT STATES EXACTLY, SHE GETS THE VEHICLE BUT SHE ALSO PAYS THE BALANCE OF 5,000.00 TO ME.
SHE DID NOT AND HAS NOT. I WILL NOT SIGN THE TITLE OVER TO HER SO WHY CANT I ACT LIKE A BANK AND REPO THE VEHICLE???

Don't get your caps lock in a dither. Go ahead, then. Take the vehicle and wait to see what happens.

Who knows? Maybe you should ask a FL lawyer. Who won't be able to tell you exactly what would happen, either. If you take the car, and she files a report - you'll both likely have your day in court. And the judge will decide who's right.

The smarter thing to do would be to file against her for contempt of the court order.
