What are the requirements to obtain a restraining order against someone? I have been living with my boyfriend for 3 years. We recently had a child together (3 1/2 mnths old) and I have 4 children from my passed marriage (ages 9-16) that live with us also. In February my boyfriends son (age 15) moved in with us. His mother has legal custody of him. She has come here and lost control of herself using horrible language and saying awful untrue things to try and cause confusion as well as several phone calls doing the same. Over this past weekend she threatened me, "My a-- is hers", more than once. She has a violent history. She recently married a 2 time felon who was released on parole in December. He is also an ex-Hells Angel. I believe they are into drugs (per the son). I worry for my childrens safety and well being. Is there anything I can do to keep her away from my home, my children and me? I live in Temecula, California. Thank you.
