My ex boy friend was ordered by court to pay restitution to me for domestic violent. (Domestic Violent level 2 down to 4
for plead guity,no jail time, He has lawyer, I don't) I was told if he just said that he has no money and can not pay. Nobody can force him to do so. Fact, he owns his own company and doing very well.
How can I make him pay without hire a lawyer?
I don't feel justis is served. Law is a joke?
