restraining orders

my live in boyfriend and i live in texas, we have lived together for 7-8 yrs, i was never divorced from my previous husband. i would like to have him removed from the premises due to neglect in monetary assistance in the home. we are just not getting along anymore he refuses to leave. can i place a restraining order to have him removed?

Have who removed the husband ,or boyfreind ?
Either way, if it's an established residency,( meaning he has lived there for a period of time ),you need to EVICT him through the courts.
