Question

Restraining Orders

Not sure where to post this general question. What are the formalities involved in filing a restraining order? My intent is to keep an individual off my personal property including rental property. Can this be done/filed for by a private citizen or must one hire an attorney or go through the prosecutors office?...Thanks---J. Bush

Check with the prosecutor's office, they will provide you with the information you need.
