Retirement coming up

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Callifornia

My ex is going to retire in January. In my divorse papers, it was labled "reserved"

What steps do I need to take at this time to assure that my fair share is sent to me.

What type of retirement? Pension? 401K? Roth IRA?

Was a QDRO done? How long have you been divorced, and how much did he accumulate before marriage, after marriage? What about his share of your retirement, is that also being dealt with?
