Received a name change two months ago with my domestic partner and now am finding out I am going threw identity theft via my partner. Would like to change my name back, I added their name hyphonated to mine. Is there a grace period to change it back or a law that can do that because of the circumstance I am in?

You can file for an official name change through most likely Probate Court. It will take a couple hundred dollars plus paying for legal notices and filing fees. Have you reported the identity theft to the proper authorities?
