Is this right?

What is the name of your state? california

My EX husband who has NO contact with our children and pays NO child support has a girlfriend who has decided to post pictures of MY children on her website. I think this is wrong for 2 reasons, first, I do NOT want my kids pictures on the internet, and second, he has never paid a dime of child support and hasnt seen these kids in years, she is making him out to be super dad. Is there anything I can do legally to make her take the pictures down? There are too many crazy people out there to have my kids pictures on the web.

There is nothing illegal in posting the photos and absent any other facts you have no case.
