Right of First Refusal

the name of my state is washington. my parenting plan is in the modification stages. i am requesting that the father agree to right of first refusal. he is opposing it. he wants to basically designate is residential time to his live in "financee" when his work calls for him to be out of the state for up to 60 days. he wants our daughter to remain in his house with his finance during his residential time while he is out of state on work for up to 60 days. i need a case study of law to support my opposing his request. i need this information asap as we have had one settlement hearing and go to trial in two weeks.

thank you

What is the distance between the two households?

How old is the child and where is she in school?

Response to post "Right of First Refusal"

lsut1ger our daughter is 5 years old. the distance between her dad's house and my house is less than 5 miles. it takes me about 7 minutes to take her to school in the morning and about 2-3 mintues for her dad to take her to school in the morning from his house. currently i take her to school on monday's & thursdays. dad takes her to school on the other days. i pick her up from school on mondays and wednesdays and everyother friday. dad has the other days to pick her up.
