Rights of the Spouse

YOUR STATE NAME - Maryland

I had posted a question previously but did not get any responses so I'm trying again...Is Maryland a community property state? If property such as a house in only in one spouse's name and that spouse leaves or dies, will the other spouse be able to keep the house?
