I read that a few minutes ago. Even though the opponents of marriage rights for the squiggly (as opposed to the 'straight' For some reason it has always struck me as weird that homosexual individuals are termed "gay" but hetero are "straight") say that they have enough signatures to force a constitutional ban, AHHH-nold says he will not support an amendment to the constitution to overrule the court.

'Bout damn time. Why are so many people so concerned about what goes on in other people's bedrooms? It would seem that those that worry so much about it should be focused more on their own bedroom lives.

Ohio has a constitutional ban. HOWEVER it can be overturned through federal court as being against the FEDERAL CONSTITUTION Equal Protection Clause if someone fights it enough. Which if that falls then you know what has to happen? You have to change the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution. You think that will happen?

Absolutely not.

And mighty profound of Arnold to claim he wouldn't support it.
