sell of property owned before marriage

trying to sell my home that i owned prior to marriage ex spouse is not signed final orders, this property has always retained only my name. what can i do to sell my property even before the final decree is signed off by judge. my present attorney is being very little help on this matter. the state is texas. at no time has this property been co-mingled in assets by this marriage. please answer asap. thanks
