My ex domestic partner left taking our daughter and will not allow me to proceed with 2nd parent adoption or any visitation. He is sperm donor, I signed surrogacy agreement clearing stating my intent to adopt and provide for child. Baby girl born 7/18/00. Relationship terminated 10/18/2000. I want to see my daughter and provide for her. I understand this is a seminal/seminalis case. Any idea where I can find pro bono help?
