my husband and I legally separated 13 years ago
we decided to reconcile our marriage this year, is there anything legal we have to do?

My response:

Yes, you need to have your attorney file a Petition in court to dismiss the original action. You'll received a signed order by the court, and your marriage will resume as if nothing ever happened.
