she died in TX, her family wants all!What is the name of your state? Texas A friend of ours lost his common law wife to cancer a couple of weeks ago. Her family is trying to basically 'clean out the house' on him. What can they legally take, if anything? What does he need to do to keep them out of his house (they come in when he's not there and take what they want)? ![]() |
