Unhappy

CALIF

I heard from my X yesterday. He said that they are now living with other people back in the old county. When I asked him for the address, he refused.

I also found out that I will be paying for the transfer fees to the new county, which I will be doing no earlier than Friday. And is not a problem.

My X claims that he was not notified of the court action- yet so many other things add up...Between the time they were served and now; they have given me school information, extra curricular activity info, and talked to me more rationally (the first time this whole year!!).

One thing I was particullarly interested in was the fact that the X's wife works at the FSD and when I drove by -at least three times, because it is at the entrance of town by the Post office- I noticed her vehicle was not there. After court, I went to the FSD to d/o the support check, her vehicle still was not there.

So far my gut instincts have been right on or real close to what they have been doing. I figured they were going to say that they were not notified, when in fact they were served at two addresses. I also figure that they were 'moving' to the new place on the same day as court, to further prove that they were not served notice - allegedly-.

I'm looking at it this way, if he is lying on school information, and to the DA, then he is lying here. FACT.

I talked to my Attorney last night and he said "look out we may have a good fight on our hands" I agreed, because my X has a lot to lose... My little girl is a commodity to him, and GOD forbid he lose that extra income.

I am also thinking that the undue stress and pressure being put on my child is added grounds for change of custody. Along with him interrupting the consistency of my phone contact with my daughter and the other 3 pages of "evidence" against them. He's a very good liar, but this time his mistakes and lies are coming back on him.

Though that "victory" is short lived, I don't think he will be able to bring it back to that county - of course I've been wrong before-

It's a good thing I now have these meds, or I'd be having anxiety attacks too!!

Round two;
Ukiah...

You sound like you have a clear head and a good perspective on what is happening. You appear to be on the right track to succeed! Do me a favor and tell your ex to bite me! :P

Thanks for the vote of confidence. It took me a LONG time to get over the hurt and start to get the kind of anger to finally be fed up with the crap and fight for what's right!

I waited just long enough for him to hang himsef! And boy is that noose getting tight on him...
