Siblings sharing a bedroom question

What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

I am trying to find out what the laws are reguarding opposite sex siblings sharing a bedroom, my daughter will be 5 in December and my son is 2 and I had thought the age was 5 but I was told its 7 and I cant find any info on it. thanks in advance

There are some housing and rental guidelines but not statutes.
